What a week! Here at ISN, we value almost every single one of our employees (besides Crazy Caleb), and we wouldn’t dare think about trading our most talented people (besides Crazy Caleb). It’s rare we give out the Player of the Week award to a coach but after all the bat s*** crazy things we’ve seen from the Raiders, we decided to give it to Jon Gruden! But first, a brief reminder of what he’s accomplished so far:

Traded 2 time pro bowler Amari Cooper
Minimized the playbook for Derek Carr
Cut Bruce Irvin
Signed a broken, feeble Styrofoam shell called Jordy Nelson
Took a 10 yr/$100 million contract
Raiders record currently 1-7
Lost to 49ers with rookie QB Nick Mullens in his first NFL start

We need to remind Mr. Gruden that he did promise he’d give back the $100 million dollars (per CBS Sports) if he “can’t get it done.” And trust me, Jon… you won’t. Don’t cash those checks just yet.
